Frequently Asked Questions

How quickly can you send out the product?

• We do our best to send out your items within 48-72 hours after we receive your order.  When we receive notification of your purchase, we will send you an email to reconfirm the shipping address.  If we can't send it during the time frame, we will be upfront and let you know.

How long have you been in business?

• We started in August 2000 and have been serving customers ever since.

If I placed an order, but later decide to cancel it.  Can I return it and get a refund?  

• No.  Any cancellation must be done before the product is dropped off at the post office.  Once it is sent out, we don't have any control over it.  Also, we may not be able resale the product since many of these items might be damaged during shipping.

Do you send items to military overseas?

• As long it is going to a US military base with an APO or FPO address, we should be able to mail it to you.  

You don't seem to have a product that I want from Hawaii... would you be able to get it for me and let me know how much it costs?

• Yes, we might be able to.  Contact us at pahoasunrise@gmail.com and provide us the item name and how many you may be interested in purchasing.  We should be able to provide you with an estimate within a few days if we are able to obtain it.
