….if your products fit into one USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail Box (Regular or Large). After we receive your order, we will compare whether sending your products out via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail saves you more than the standard priority mail rates. Even though you will see the higher price when you place the order, Pahoa Sunrise will adjust the total cost before we process your credit card.
For example, you purchase 1 bag each of Hawaiian Chip Company’s Taro Chip, Kauai Coffee Vienna Roast and Kele’s 100 percent Kona Coffee Peaberry. Without the flat rate special, the mailing would have cost you about $23. Utilizing this method, you pay only $11 for shipping. That is a savings of $13 based on the above example. We will also utilize the USPS Priority Mail large size flat rate box, which costs $14. As a result, we will be charging you either $11 or $14 depending on the products that you purchase.
However, this will not apply to tropical flower items. In addition, the children’s book products must be shipped out separately from coffees, Chinese pickled fruits, etc. The author mails it out from his California residence where he lives now.
Supporting our Military Overseas:
For our military friends and family overseas, Pahoa Sunrise can ship many of our products to APO addresses as long as we can send it out using USPS Priority Mail Rates (or USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes whenever appropriate). However, this is limited to non-tropical flower products such as Kona and Kauai coffees, books, snacks, etc. We cannot send assorted cut flowers and flowering potted plants.
Based on our experience, your products shipped via USPS and military distribution can take anywhere from about 2 weeks to one month depending on each individuals deployment situation.
How quickly can we send it out?
We will mail your favorite Pahoa Surnise product out via USPS Priority Mail within 72 hours (excluding weekends). As a result, your item(s) should take about 7-10 days to arrive. If we are not able to send your product out within the time frame mentioned, we will contact you via email.
Which countries do we send our products to?
We will ship your products to mailing addresses (e.g. P.O. Boxes, business addresses, etc.) throughout the continental U.S. including Alaska.
Personalized Service:
Pahoa Sunrise has earned a reputation for providing great customer service. We will be in personal communication with you once we send out our only automated acknowledgement. Also, we monitor your order to ensure it is being delivered efficiently to you or a loved one. For instance, Pahoa Sunrise will make sure your order is correct and verify your address, and email you when we send the item out and after it is delivered.
