In order to provide you with the freshest and highest quality flowers, our flower shipments are sent out via FedEx only between Monday through Tuesday. We try to avoid sending items out on Wednesday because this will allow FedEx only one attempt (Friday) at delivery. Shipping to the mainland U.S. from Hawaii generally takes about 2 days. As a result, please submit orders by Friday morning for deliveries during the coming week.
All products on this website lists the final price. No additional taxes.
We ship flowers throughout the United States, including Alaska. However, we currently do not ship to the State of Arizona due to agricultural quarantine issues.
For our military friends overseas, we will be more than happy to ship products to APO addresses as long as we can send it out using USPS domestic rates. However, this is limited to non-tropical flower products such as Kona and Kauai coffees, books, snacks, etc. We cannot send assorted cut flowers and flowering potted plants.
During very busy periods, we recommend that you purchase your item many weeks in advance. If we run out of an item, we will contact you and/or try to make substitutions and/or make changes to the delivery date whenever possible.
For Kona and Kauai Coffees, Macadamia nuts, Chinese pickled fruits, non-floral leis, and Children's Books orders, we will mail out your items within 72 hours (excluding weekends) whenever possible. If we are not able to send your product out within the time frame mentioned, we will contact you via email.
We guarantee all of our products. However, there are certain circumstances beyond our control especially when:
· Weather conditions prohibit timely deliveries.
. Mechnical problems do not allow plane to fly safely.
